Mission:
Change lives worldwide by mobilizing, preparing and sending Christ-centered, fully-funded laborers into the harvest.
Strategies:
Missionary care on the field and at home for current and future missionaries.
Evangelize, Establish, Equip and Extend among identified peoples.
Encourage and honor mission participation by the TBC body.
Train and send short-term teams.
Disciplined stewardship of available monies.
Quality mission educational and awareness programs.
Support selected local mission ministries.
Recruit, prepare and place mature TBCers into selected mission ministries.
Develop working partnerships with approved mission agencies.
Mission Committee:
The Mission Committee will support the TBC mission statement through prayer, mission’s education and awareness, recruiting, selecting, placing and supporting short- term and long-term missionaries in a fiscally responsible manner.
